…. although the Petrof Piano Trio has been in existance for only three years, the sound
balance of the ensemble is at the top level….

We had the opportunity of listening to the beauty and passion of the First piano trio in C
minor op.7 by Edouard Lalo, as well as flaring romanticism full of warm musicality in the Trio
in D minor op.63 by Robert Schumann….

Jan Schulmeister, violinist in the prestigious and internationally well-known Wihan Quartet,
which has visited La Coruan several times, is an exceptional artist with an extraordinary
sound quality and expressiveness who is beautifully in tune musically with an excellent cellist
and an imposing pianist, who completes the perfect balance of the ensemble…

Again and again the audience during the standing ovation demanded an encore – the
impressively played Scherzo of Dvorak´s Trio No.2 G minor…
